Account Deletion Policy

Hastro is committed to giving users full control over their accounts and personal data. This Account Deletion Policy explains how users can request deletion of their Hastro account, what data is deleted, what data may be retained temporarily, and the timeline for completion.

This policy applies to the Hastro mobile application, website, and related services.

 

How to Request Account Deletion

Users can request deletion of their Hastro account in one of the following ways:

Option 1: In-App Deletion

Users can delete their account directly from within the Hastro app by following these steps:

  1. Open the Hastro app

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Select Account

  4. Tap Delete Account

  5. Confirm the deletion request

This option is available to all logged-in users.

Option 2: Email Request

If a user is unable to access the app, they may request account deletion by contacting us at:

The request must be sent from the email address associated with the Hastro account.

 

What Happens After You Request Deletion

Once an account deletion request is submitted:

  • The account will be marked for deletion
    • Access to the account will be disabled
    • All associated personal data will be scheduled for removal

The deletion process is completed within 30 to 60 days from the date of request.

This delay allows us to:
• Prevent accidental or fraudulent deletions
• Complete security checks
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

 

Data That Will Be Deleted

When account deletion is completed, the following data will be permanently removed from Hastro systems:

  • User profile information
    • Email address and phone number
    • Account credentials
    • Uploaded content and submissions
    • Miniapp configurations created by the user
    • Transaction history linked to the user account, where legally permissible

Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

 

Data That May Be Retained Temporarily

Certain data may be retained for a limited period if required by law or legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Financial records required for tax, audit, or regulatory compliance
    • Records needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce legal agreements

Any retained data is securely stored, access restricted, and deleted as soon as retention obligations expire.

 

Impact of Account Deletion

Deleting your Hastro account will result in:

  • Permanent loss of access to your account
    • Removal of all active miniapps and services
    • Inability to restore the account or its data

If you have active subscriptions, services, or pending transactions, you are encouraged to resolve them before requesting deletion.

 

Children’s Accounts

Hastro is not intended for users under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts.

If we discover that an account belongs to a child, it will be deleted promptly.

 

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Account Deletion Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or platform guidelines.
Updates will be posted on our website and within the app.
